Join us for a guided meditation and community discussion where we will cultivate tools that assist in creating a more peaceful and harmonious world for ourselves and others.

In this class, we will explore ways to grow authentic compassion for challenging people and circumstances, allowing us a more positive and transformative approach without sacrificing compassion for ourselves. All our actions are preceded by thoughts, and by engaging with new perspectives we create the potential to reshape our world.
